我想开发一个微信订阅账号，之前对其知之甚少，Web开发经验也很少，最近才开始查阅相关资料， 主要是对它比较感兴趣。 我看服务器端有好多比如百度云，新浪云什么的，但我发现他们都要收费的。我刚刚看了一下百度云，我好像最少也要每天花2角前来使用。 我想长时间使用这个订阅号有没有既免费又稳定的可做服务器的云端呢？大家用的是什么啊？我是新手，请大神帮忙！还有多提一些开发建议什么的，先谢了啊！
