微信公众平台添加自定义菜单添加成功后，手机不显示菜单
使用php开发微信公众平台，创建自定义菜单，得到相应码是0，说明添加成功，使用get请求https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/menu/get?access_token=MY_ACCESS_TOKEN 也能得到自己创建菜单的相应，但是在手机界面却看不到菜单。然后我就停用了url，使用调试接口添加菜单，添加成功后，再手机界面还是看不到菜单(按照官网中说的重新关注也不显示)，极其郁闷中，望各位大神指点！
