数据库权限有关问题

数据库权限问题
是mysql 的数据库  服务器上有一个正式的网站 现在想弄一个测试的网站  因为数据库太大无法导入，所以进入服务器  把数据库复制了一份改了数据库名   把原来的网站也复制了一份，改了网站的配置文件，数据库的用户名和密码没变   现在浏览测试网站 发现可以查询 但是 更新的话会提示没有update的权限 请教一下 可能是什么原因
