网站被别人挂了广告，如何把代码找出来

网站被别人挂了广告，怎么把代码找出来。
这前我在网上下了个CMS系统做了一个小网站。之前用的一点问题都没有，就最近进每个页面都有会广告弹出来。

不知道是CMS里本来就那样的恶意代码还是被人网站黑了。

请神帮下忙，这个问题怎么去解决。
------解决思路----------------------
一般这种是html模板被加上了奇奇怪怪的js了吧

或者加上了加密的js 导致你自己分辨不出来
