关于模拟登陆，我遇到了一些问题，大家帮帮忙T T
最近寒假在家没事干，突然想做一个通知我出新成绩的程序。
我的做法是用PHP模拟登陆，每15分钟脚本自动运行，抓取页面上的成绩，如果有新出的成绩就通过邮件通知我。
但是出了一个问题：我通过curl，每次POST第一次登陆记录下来的cookie信息，这样在一段时间内是可以自动在后台登陆的。但教务系统的sessionID好像是有生命周期的，过几个小时cookie信息就有一些小变化，模拟登陆的将无法成功。
请问一下这种情况是我的思路有问题呢，还是有什么办法可以自动更新cookie信息？

cookie中的sessionid会随着时间的变化在服务器端失效，可以直接模拟用户表单登陆，新建会话。
