给EcStore商城会员添加推广返利功能
EcStore商城后台应用中心安装“网站推广”应用，会员成为推广员有二种途径：
一是后台/推广设置/推广员审核/推广注册模式设为：需注册后审核成为推广员
此模式下前台会员在使用推广前，需要在会员中心申请成为推广员
填写用于返利提现的资料提交后，显示需等待管理员审核
后台管理员审核通过后
前台推广员审核显示已通过，并且可以使用推广的各功能菜单
第二种成为推广员的途径是后台设置为：无需注册直接成为推广员
这种方法可以免去会员在使用推广前还需要填写资料表单的麻烦，直接就可以使用推广功能来进行推广活动，未填写的资料在会员申请返利提现时再填写。
成为推广员后，在会员中心/邀请好友中获取推荐码和推广链接
在网络上发送推广链接给好友，好友通过链接进入商城注册成会员后即可计入推广员的成果，还可以发送自己的推荐码给好友，注册时填写推荐码的会员注册后一样也可计入推广成果。所有推广成果会员的下单，推广员都可以获得推广返利。
推广员在会员中心/返利明细菜单中可看到自己的推广成果明细
在我的返利中可看到会员的返利账户已获得提成
获得一定数额的返利后，会员可以申请返利提现
申请后，管理员在后台审核提现记录
