函数前面带&和不带&有什么区别么？为什么要加个&

不过你的这个例子表现不出来，这个可以

  return $var;<br />
}<br />
$v =& ret_ref();<br />

$v = 'aaa';<br />
echo ret_ref(); //aaa<br />
