生手第一次PHP空间设置
新手第一次PHP空间设置
背景：织梦系统做的网站，MYSQL数据库，PHP空间
问题：网站空间转移后不能打开网页，也不能访问空间内的文件
所做的操作：旧空间内所有文件备份并上传到新空间，旧空间MYSQL数据库导出备份，新空间新建同名数据库密码与原密码相同并导入备份。新空间已上传织梦系统安装文件，但是无法用http://域名/uploads/install访问文件所以不能安装。
