如何组建这样的服务器
一台服务器apache+php(ip:192.168.1.29)
可以访问外网。
其内网的电脑，也能访问到此服务器。但不能访问外网，就是不能打开www.csdn.net..可以打开192.168.1.29
但是，
我要实现
当，内网访问192.168.1.29时。运行的是www.cctv.com的直播。就是把服务器配成一台服务器，让内网通此其，可以访问外网。
fopen是不行的。因为此函数客户端，也一定要连网才行。
