HTTP 500,该怎么解决

HTTP 500 - 内部服务器错误

服务器：IIS6+PHP5.2.5+MYSQL

以前装DEDE什么的PHP程序都很好，今天安装一个新程序，也安装成功了，网站大部分都正常，只有一个页面出现“HTTP 500 - 内部服务器错误”

也GOOGLE了也百度了，也根据网上提供的解决办法尝试一天了，都半夜了还没有解决，来求助了。

IWAM_MAME三处密码也设置了。

我现在感觉就是脑袋有点大。
