小弟学习php以及web编程不久，很多不懂。
访问一个url，我知晓的都是www.xxx.xxx/file.suffix？param1=¶m2= 之类的。
但我看weibo的地址:http://weibo.com/u/1578951584
weibo的短链接：http://t.cn/zjzf92F
以及csdn的blog地址：http://blog.csdn.net/5653325/article/details/6639829
之类的后面都是一些数字，应该不是固定的页面，而是根据最后的路径参数来动态显示的。
我是想问问各位大牛，这个是什么原理？由php是如何实现的？
