茂名的PHP人才是否都不在茂名了。
在此开博希望自己可以不再局限在茂名的小圈子里。对于茂名我也有点失望了，公司一直希望招到一些有能力的PHP程序来茂名，却遇上了这样无奈的情况。在是外地的人不喜欢在茂名发展因为工资少。在茂名本地的人不喜欢留在茂名都去大城市发展了。因为茂名的企业需要的技术含量也很低。真正有技术的IT公司不超过5家。这也难怪人才会走。
因为程序开发问题我们公司的运营也很不容乐观。我再努力半年不行。我也出出大城市学学。希望在这最后半年有茂名的能人可以再加盟公司一起努力。实在不行我也认了。不就是创业失败了嘛。
是不是茂名这地方不适合网络公司呢？
