如何利用FLASH来下载并保存服务器端文件到本地？
我想的流程可能应该是这样
提供一个服务器端的文件路径
点击FLASH文件后，弹出保存文件框，点击保存既可将文件保存到本地
就好像用FLASH上传文件一样，点击FLASH后选择本地文件，然后上传到服务器

单独flash肯定是不行的。需要通过与php通信 ，由php获取文件再传给flash.

就像浏览器下载文件一样，只要浏览器遇到不能自行解析的文件类型就弹出下载对话框。并不管这个文件是php提供的还是jsp提供的

-- 你没有选择，flash运行在客户端。要操作服务器端文件必须要用php(当然可以用其他服务端语言版)来操作
