字符串处理成数组的问题
一个字符串如下：
$str = "aa:1,bb:2,cc:3,dd:4";


有两个要求：

1、我想把这个字符串拆分成一个数组，其中 aa、bb、cc、dd 为索引 11,22,33,44 分别为索引的值 如$arr = Array ( [aa] => 11, [bb] => 22, [cc] => 33, [dd] => 44 ) ,要怎么弄

2、要把这个字符串拆分成4个变量，变量名动态生成为 aa、bb、cc、dd 分别对应值为 11,22,33,44 这个要怎么操作？
