求关于php权限设置和管理的思路
分成管理员和普通用户，用户只能修改一次个人信息，再想修改必须有管理员授权，就是想弄一个按钮管理员一点，用户才能进行第二次的修改信息操作，求高手指点下思路。。。。。

------解决方案--------------------
加个字段初始为0，用户修改信息后字段自动更新为1，管理员授权把该字段重置为0
每次用户修改信息检查该字段，0则可以修改，1则需要授权
