关于ORACLE字符集问题
MYSQL有个非常方便的SET NAMES UTF8
请问ORACLE有类似的语句吗？谢谢

目前我遇到的问题是，数据库是ORACLE（GBK），PHP页面是UTF8的，而且不能改变两者的编码格式。
当然用iconv可以解决问题，但相对来说，效率比较低。谢谢

你可以在连接数据库的时候，设定输出的字符集呀
resource oci_connect ( string $username , string $password [, string $db [, string $charset [, int $session_mode ]]]
