请问一下各位大侠，为什么pear要弄出一个pear命令。有3个问题：
1.不安装pear直接去pear官网把php的类下载下来调用不也可以吗？
2.pear命令主要用来干什么的？
3.用pear命令安装调用一个类的步骤是什么

好想法
1、貌似是可以的 window上可以 linux没有试过
2、我觉得pear的命令主要是配置环境，在php.ini中有添加pear的配置信息
3、pear是安装在一个特定的地方 php.ini的include_path 然后 想调用哪个类 直接引用就可以了
比较粗略的懂一点 不敢误人子弟
