moodle架设完毕后 无法再次登陆
从moodle官网下载的 MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-28
架设完毕（编辑完个人信息后，且一切安装流程没有出现错误，数据库密码和端口信息未设置，个人信息填写完毕）后跳转至更新个人资料页，之后再次登陆localhost页或 点击左面菜单页的内容无法跳转，缓慢加载后提示错误： 无法加载，此网页包含重定向循环。
非常费解的问题，我的操作系统是Win8.1，难道是我操作系统问题？还是端口的问题？
