服务器是用来干什么的？也能保存数据吗？那么和数据库的区别是什么？
比如用户的头像 有的人说是保存在服务器上的 我不懂服务器是什么东西啊 在我脑海里没有概念 我知道数据库是保存东西的 好像数据库保存不了图片吧 如果服务器也能保存东西 那么要数据库干什么呢？

1、数据库是能存图片的（二进制形式），但是一般不会有人那么做，太占空间了。
2、一般的做法是把图片单独放在一个服务器上，把图片的路径存在数据库里。
3、服务器有很多种的：数据库服务器，Apache（web服务器）等。
4、以Apache+php+mysql做说明：
客户端浏览器------》请求-----》Apache服务器-----》与php交流------》php动态调用MySQL数据库（增删改查等）

就算是图片保存在服务器上 也会把他的地址保存到数据库里 再通过地址来调用
