有没有人帮忙看看360手机卫士官网这个页面,底部footer的效果是怎么弄的?

底部的footer可以根据页面大小有滑动的效果的。

是我说的不够清楚吗。
就是这个网页的最后一页的footer,在屏幕大的时候可以直接看到,在我的笔记本上显示的时候页面不够大,它可以有一个像用fullpage.js插件实现的网页那样有滚动效果的翻页,但这个翻页效果虽然放在id=“fullpage”的div里,却不是fullpage的一个section,我不知道是怎么弄得,请大家帮我看一下。
可能我表达能力不太好,大家在去网站看一下就能看到了。。。
就是多加了一个判断而已。

1366x663的窗口大小,最后的footer能占满整个屏,像一个fullpage插件的单独页面,
1024x768的窗口大小,翻页后上一页的内容可以留下一点。
1920x1080的窗口大小下,最后一页就不用滑动了,可以完全显示
是不是我发错区了= =应该发到javascript或者是HTML5区吗。。。
