就是这个前台的写了页面让我去实现它这个是在页面的基础上点击注册单出一个小窗口一样但是我是个新手一点项目么做过只能请教大神们了感谢大神们指点说的详细点具体要写什么感谢了

添加一个悬浮的div，把这个div做的跟突出的窗口一样就行了

你要实现什么哟？前台都已经把页面写好了？？？js都写了，你要实现啥？是页面还是其他？？

后台把参数存储到数据库

这就是你要用什么语言的问题了。。。。用什么语言就去看什么语言，然后会有这方面的介绍的。。。
