这个是hack的一种,能不用还是不用吧,非常影响性能的。
只见过为了模拟IE7-浏览器中,实现fixed效果是使用这个的,还没有见过非得用这个的情况呢。
如果你也是想要实现fixed的效果的话,在chrome下,直接使用就行了,会支持的fixed的属性的。
