求解决关闭兼容问题_html/css_WEB-ITnose

以上是个浮动的可关闭的横幅广告。其他的浏览器均正常，只有在ie浏览器下点击关闭后就会新建个窗口并出来 个 none 其他啥也没有？求解决。
