下面是ecshop中一个文件的设置，感觉怪怪的。
@好理解，是为了防止notice的，可是后面的就不理解了。比如形如 ini_set('memory_limit', '64M');这是常量？显然不对，那是啥呢

比如：memory_limit 就是内存大小
