80端口打不开网站问题
我的网站今天突然打不开了，之前都能打开的。 今天我检查了下，把端口换成其他的，网站能打开。如果用80端口，就不打开。开始我还以为是80端口被占用了，后来发现80端口没有被占用。。 我用的是IIS服务器，后来换成了apache，还是一样的情况，80端口打不开，其他端口能打开，请问各位大神，这是什么什么情况，要怎么解决呢！

我用 netstat -ano查看的截个图看看！
netstat -ntlp | grep 80
检查httpd.conf 里面 Listen 设置是否是80

这个80端口应该是IIS的监听吧，我把IIS的服务关了，这个80端口也没了
把iis停掉，httpd.conf里面Listen 加上80

嗯，试过的。还是访问不了。 是不是被电信把80端口屏蔽了
看是哪一个占用的80，如图显示我的是nginx，再把它kill掉，6026就是pid，重启apache，再看
对外的80端口地址是要在网络服务商哪里备案的，否则就会被封杀
你的电脑是自己的本地，还是运营商的服务器啊？
