开发平台 框架选择 可以介绍一下
问题是这样的：
现在要开发一个平台 ，就是一个用户注册成功了以后，可以自己自由选择模块，模板，然后生成一个自己的网站 ，
如果用框架的话用什么框架 ，不谈二次开发的那些PHPcms,,
TP框架做这样 的平台合适么？
还是ZF这样的大型框架 ，
大家有经验的给个建议 ，

TP是国产，注释是中文的，故而简单很多。。。
