uploadify上传插件总报 security error 错误

A B两台服务器，上传的文件放在B服务器上，uploadify.php这个文件也是放在B服务器上的，A只是提供用户后台上传的界面，B服务器下面也配置了crossdomain.xml文件，原来一直可以上传，后来因为B服务器有问题要换掉，所以重新配置环境，现在上传报security error，系统是windows server 2008 R2 64位，PHP环境是AppServ，请教各位问题出在哪里啊

经过设置了 入站规则，重启了流媒体服务（上传的是wmv的视频，因此在B服务器上加了流媒体角色）,莫名其妙的就可以上传了
