通过扫描器把商品信息读出，然后将数据信息存取到数据库中。因为扫描器是串口，只能通过win xp的超级终端来连接才能得到数据，要求的目的是扫描商品信息，通过程序能直接在类似文本文件上直接将数据读出。php是否能实现此功能？还是说要调用其他程序？（目前已知VB，C#可以直接将数据读出）
