EditPlus和浏览器中Courier New字体发虚，怎么解决？

Courier New字体在EditPlus和浏览器中发虚，浏览器包括chrome,firefox,IE，
发虚的是英文字体，只有Courier New和Times New Roman这两种，其他的不发虚，字体重新安装后还是一样，有谁知道是怎么回事吗？

一直是用的系统自带的字体，昨天还是好好的，今天打开电脑就出现上述问题了，不知道怎么回事，晕菜了~~
