不大明白 能否详细说一下请求接口都会传版本号和来源(ios还是android)，你可以根据这两个参数来返回不同的数据
1、设计一个版本表，有手机类型字段、版本号等字段，查的时候，根据这两个字段查到ID，然后再查手机类型字段最高的ID，比较一下，大就提示有版本更新

我是一份，ios和android的处理逻辑大部分都是一样的，不一样的地方就分开写
不一致的地方分开写就是了，不就是if else 吗。至于扩展性和灵活性，这个不知从何说起，多改几次就好了。
php(底层) java(中间层) 客户端(ios/android)
php这边只做逻辑处理的，包括更新数据库等等；
java这边做数据格式转化和处理 （lz的疑问可以放在中间层）
客户端 就从java那到数据直接显示就可以了
