服务器2003 apache php codeigiter框架访问无法cookie写入

我在本地测试cookie正常，session也正常，放到服务器server2003 apache php5.2.6上面在服务器上运行也正常，就是服务器外面无法cookie写入，session也无法写入，请高手指点下方向，感谢~~~~

php.ini 的session路径不对。或者没有权限导致session无法写入。更改一下。赋值权限。就ok了。具体问度娘

$config['encryption_key'] = 'session';这个必须设置吧
