IIS PHP 配置 问题总结
今天帮助朋友解决一个IIS配置PHP的问题，大概是这样子的， IIS 与 PHP配置好了之后不能访问，出现如下错误：
HTTP 错误 500.19 - Internal Server Error
无法访问请求的页面，因为该页的相关配置数据无效。
仔细看了一下，发现IIS有几项扩展没加，加上就行了
后面大家都知道了，添加一个处理程序映射
本以为问题就此解决了，可是情况不是这样子的，出现了新的问题，如下
HTTP 错误 500.0 - Internal Server Error
发生未知 FastCGI 错误
晕菜了，不过很快就解决了
发生此错误的关键原因在于没有安装VC9运行库 即VISUAL C++ 2008 (installer自动带上了Visual C++ 2008)
