网站实名认证

Real name website Certification

现在做的一个网站需要对用户进行实名认证才能进行后续操作， 但是现在又部分客户是港澳台同胞及海外人士，想问下针对这些没有身份证的用户怎么进行实名认证。   
支付宝是向用户绑定的银行卡账号打钱，还有些游戏公司是上传证件等。我想问下还有没有其他的方式，最好都能介绍下。

上传证件是适用性最广的了，但就是要人工审核，不过像这种身份相关的，还是过一遍人工方便，有责任也好追

上传吧  毕竟港澳台同胞人还是相对比较少的
