最近用PHP+MYSQL写了个记录优惠卷信息的本地小程序，想在里面添加一个优惠卷到期提前提醒的功能，能实现每次打开程序后在首页有提示信息即可，请大家给我点思路吧！先谢谢了！

你自己已经说得很明白了啊。
当用户每次登陆时，检查是否有优惠券，如果有，判断优惠券到期时间与当前系统时间的差值，如果小于或等于某个值，就弹出消息提示。
定期去检测到期时间，如果到期了 就显示出你想要的提醒消息就可以了~
如果是开机进去系统，直接去判断时间，如果是实时提醒，js 的长连接 轮训
