php程序+iis，伪静态问题，第一站成功，第二站失败？
php程序，服务器是IIS的，之前有做一个网站放上面，FastCGI，.htaccess，伪静态可以用。
今天又放了一个网站上去，可是这个网站伪静态却不行了，请问是怎么回事呢。.htaccess里面的内容是没错的。和前一个网站基本相同。
