我就知道 客户端 一旦连接上服务器
那服务器 每次下发数据给客户端 都不需要客户端再次连接服务器

客户端很简单 主要是服务器，你可以参考这个的服务器写法（这里面的客户端就可以不用看了）
可以先调试成功再读代码
上次做过一个简单的， 实现是没什么难度，人数不多的话的主要就是逻辑实现了，调试上比较麻烦
难点还是有一个，超时功能可以用socket_select的第4个参数设成1 就成非阻塞式的
然后判断时间是否超时，超时的话就做默认处理。
