在自己机器上配个web服务，用php写个接口。然后在安卓客户端上http请求这个接口地址。

我也在做类似的产品。提供我的思路，php做后台，mysql存储数据。前端安卓采用dw5.5或者dw6集成的phonegap来生成安卓的apk（web转化为apk），安卓apk 采用ajax来和php后台联系。当然dw5.5开发的apk是基于html5和jquery mobile 来做的。
