这种错误还是几年前的了

这种错误还是几年前的了
你的环境是
环境是 iis6.0    php 5.2.17     ，后来查找错误是因为file_get_contents 一个远程网址的问题  ,但是在本地file_get_contents 这个网址就没问题

你的 php 版本太低了，建议升级至 php5.4
