比如 有一个接口接收一个 连接地址比如 baidu.com
然后结果php可以生成图片。

看一下gd 或imagemagick

如果你说的是把网页的外观（渲染后）生成图片，这个比较难
需要插件或者服务器上装有webkit/PhantomJS之类工具，且php有权限调用

没用过，应该要用到GD之类的库
