window下安装xampp环境下执行netpayclient.php报错
小弟刚刚接触银联支付
我只要执行netpayclient.php文件就会报这错
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2bin() in D:\xampp\htdocs\netpay\netpayclient.php(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 15

函数 hex2bin 被重复定义了
没有看到代码，不好说什么
那个文件时银联提供的,这个函数是银联！我看了一下php>5.4才有这个函数！我要怎么才能把php这个函数禁止呀！难得我要把php的版本降低才可以用银联支付吗
如果测试这个 hex2bin 与 php 的效果一样的话，可注释掉该函数定义
否则可以将此函数改名
如果没能力做的话，就只用减低版本了
