静态网页很快，PHP就慢，即使没有代码。是FASTCGI问题？

那你看看iis日志

iis 以前有人似乎描述过这样的问题.... 但也没弄出个结果.

问题似乎解决，看起来是 IIS7默认的application pool设置有问题 。 更改了 max worker processes 后恢复正常
