想把访客的ＩＰ地址转换成地址位置，类似“合肥电信”之类的。谁能提供一个这样的数据库？或者告诉我转换方法？

这个真的有，不过有多种方式，谷歌、新浪、有道等都有提供的ip归属地查询接口，不比你自己的服务器查询慢的，第二种方式就是qq有提高的一个纯净版的QQWry.Datip归属地数据库，你可以搜索一下，可以做一个自己的ip归属地查询功能，不过要知道ip并不是一直不变的，同个ip不一定一直都是同一个地方，所以这个数据库会更新的，要及时更新，我用这个QQWry.Dat就做了一个ip归属地查询的接口，可以看一下！http://www.521php.com/api/ip.php
