PHP 能实现文件目录的重定向么？
假设在一个完整的PHP代码中加载了一个目录下的文件，
比如：
include './source/temp.php';
有没有办法，在不修改以上代码的情况下，使 source 这个目录指向另外一个我指定的文件夹，这样就可以调用另外那个目录下面的同名文件 “temp.php” 了

不可以！
但如果你改写成
include 'source/temp.php';
那么就可以通过 ini_set('include_path', '.....'); 去改变路径
但是 source/ 是不可少的
PHP的异常机制可以实现么，比如我把原目录改个名字，这样在引用的时候会产生错误异常，然后通过定义相关异常处理，去我指定的目录重新找文件？
那也不必用异常机制
你只要设置好 include_path
php 就会沿着你指定的链路搜索文件
