PHP发邮件问题

小弟需要一个用PHP实现的安全发邮件的方式～～～
自己是在网上找的PHPMailer用的，在自己家中运行没有问题，可是换到另一个需要用的网络的时候就用不了了。。查资料看是可能禁用了相关的存在危险的方法fsockopen()
但是按照一些方法改成pfsockopen()或者stream_socket_client()都不行。。比较头大。。。
有没有其他的一些方法？？或者是在这个基础上的别的修改方法？？
求PHP大神帮忙啊～～

错误是连接不到SMTP端，是连接超时～～具体的错误信息因为我现在在家里测试是可以正常使用的～～
但是到了学校用学校的网络就连接不到了～～很奇怪～～
不知道这是不是网络限制的问题？我在网上查说是有的网络会禁用mail()函数什么的～～
但是按照他们的修改也还是不行，很头疼～～
询问空间客服，他们会提供给你解决方法的，我前几天就碰到这种情况，最后让我把smtp用127.0.0.1代替就能发送了
