关于zend framework问题

小弟初学者，有个问题请教大家。http://localhost/sachme_zf/admin/add，这样的一个页面，控制器是admin，add是action，本来是可以直接访问的，但是提交表单以后出现错误，后来就无法返回了。一刷新这个url还是出现那个报错的页面，没办法返回到正常的界面是怎么回事？
