大家千万别用PHPDesigner8 的项目替换,多说是泪,改整个站点中!整个项目中文全是乱码,部分文件UTF-8编码变成ANSI编码,不知道有没有大神教我怎么还原

没有,悲惧多了,DW里整站替换没有出过问题,以为PHPDesigner 也一样,而且整个网站没有备份,555

没有备份，也没有svn，那你死翘翘了。
你原来的文件是没有 BOM 头的 utf-8 编码的
导入后因没有 BOM 头，也没有 IDE 的说明信息
于是 utf-8 当做 gbk 处理，自然就是乱码了
为了证实这一点你可以
$a = file('你贴图的文件');
echo base64_encode($a[57]);
贴出结果看一下
