微信接口里有个接口，让用户能给发一条消息的时候会有一个OpenID 这个是唯一的 ，你只要判断这个id一天内只用使用你的刮奖3次就可以了。 唯一的要求就是要先让用户给你发一个消息，或者点一下你的自定义菜单
你的刮刮卡效果 无非是通过微信跳到一个网页，这个网页的入口得用户操作，或发消息，或点菜单，你就返回一个URL，这个网页的url加一个参数，就是OpenID 链过去之后，刮一次你就记录一次。 为了安全，你要对这个url做个签名。
