2. Solution to package control being blocked:

To modify the hosts file, you must first know where the hosts file is: Click "Go" on the top of the desktop - >"Go to folder" (or shortcut key Shift Command G) Enter /private/etc and press Enter to see the hosts file inside. Drag a copy to the desktop, right-click and select "Text Edit" to open it, modify it, drag it back to the original position, and replace it.

3. Install Package Control:
