Limit on the number of selectors in a single css file under IE8_html/css_WEB-ITnose

Recently, we are fixing a strange problem in IE8. The reason is initially confirmed: the number of single CSS file selectors in IE8 is limited to 4095.

If the number of a.css selectors is greater than 4095, IE8 will truncate the redundant selectors by default, which may cause some styles of a.css to be loaded but not parsed by the IE8 browser.
