The pop-up input method on iphone4s affects the fixed positioning element of the web page_html/css_WEB-ITnose

There is a fixed positioning bar at the head of the page and an input box in the middle. When the page slides normally, fixed positioning elements are at the top. When I click on the input box to pop up the input method, and I slide the page up and down, the fixed element at the top will jump within a certain range instead of staying at the top. How to solve this?
